Get the scoop on Wravy's refund policy
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may need to request a refund. That's why we offer the following refund policy for our peer-to-peer bike rental service:
Payments will be fully refunded to the original payment method that was used to make the booking. However, please note that the insurance fee and Wravy fee are non-refundable.
In some cases, we may partially refund the payment if the rental has already started. The amount of the refund will depend on the circumstances of the case.
We use Stripe to process all refunds. It may take a few business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
If a user experiences a malfunction or damage with the bike during their rental period, they should immediately notify Wravy and the bike owner. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable amount of time, the user may request a partial refund based on the duration of the rental period that was affected. In cases of damage, the user will be responsible for paying for any repairs needed.
If inclement weather prevents a user from safely using the bike during their rental period, they may request a full refund. This policy is only applicable if the weather conditions were not forecasted prior to the reservation being made.
If a user loses or damages the bike due to their own negligence or misuse, no refund will be issued.
