Eligibility:
To access and utilize the services provided by Wravy, individuals must be 18 years of age or older. However, those aged 13 to 17 may also use the services if they obtain explicit consent from their parent or legal guardian, who agrees to the terms of service on the minor's behalf. By utilizing Wravy's services, you affirm that you meet these age requirements and, for users under 18, that you have secured the necessary consent from your parent or guardian.

Account:
In order to use our services, you must create an account on Wravy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, including any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and updating your account information. You must keep your account information up to date, including your contact information and payment information.

Rentals:
Wravy allows users to rent bikes from other users on a peer-to-peer basis. You are responsible for inspecting the bike before you rent it and for ensuring that it is in good working condition. You must return the bike in the same condition as when you received it, including keeping it clean and well-maintained. The renter is responsible for any damages or loss of the bike during the rental period. You must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while using the bike, including traffic laws and helmet laws. You must book a bike rental at least one day in advance to allow the bike owner time to prepare the bike for rental. Same-day rentals are not permitted.

Payments:
All payments for rentals must be made through Wravy. Wravy will handle the payment process and hold onto the rental fee until the rental period has ended. After the rental period ends, Wravy will release the payment to the owner of the bike. Wravy will retain a percentage to cover service fees and other costs related to the rental transaction. If you cancel the rental before the rental period begins, you will receive a full refund by contacting the bike owner. If you cancel during the rental period, you will need to contact couturyx@gmail.com or the bike owner. If the bike is not returned or is returned in a damaged condition, you may be charged additional fees.

Liability:
Wravy is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of using the bikes rented through our service. You assume all risks associated with the use of the bikes and release Wravy from any and all liability. Go to our insurance page for more details.

Termination:
Wravy reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms of service. If your account is terminated, you will be notified of the reason, but you will not be able to access the website or use the services.
